As soon as agreement has been reached on the purchase, we confirm all terms and conditions with the notary. We assist and guide you through the signing of the deed of sale at the notary's office.
Once the financing is complete, we will guide you through a final inspection, the legal transfer and the actual delivery through the notary. And if you still have questions afterwards, of course we will be always available...
