What do you want to achieve with your company? What is your vision and strategy? These important questions provide the information which Hoen Real Estate uses to prepare its search.
During an introductory meeting with a cup of coffee, the above questions will be discussed. We then draw up a program of requirements based on the answers you provided: for example, what wishes and functions must a building meet? But also, which locations are being considered? Or, what is the budget?
Following our first meeting, we will explore the market. We approach our network, other real estate firms and property developers. Thanks to our years of experience and our extensive network, it often does not take long before we can offer you a number of options.
We draw up a long list of all those options and together we select a number of premises for a short list. We point out the advantages and disadvantages of these premises and bring them along to viewings.
While you quietly inspect the building, we review the condition of the premises. After the viewing, we list first impressions and continue searching further if necessary.
Our favourite part: negotiating for the best price and conditions. We like being razor-sharp, but we are also realistic and honest. All results are recorded by us in writing.
As soon as agreement has been reached, all terms and conditions are confirmed in writing at the notary's office and/or real estate agent. We guide you through the signing of the deed of sale or lease agreement. Where necessary, we arrange a building inspection or a market appraisal.
We guide you through the delivery and transfer of the property: the final inspection, the legal transfer and the actual delivery. We will be there! And if you still have questions afterwards, we will of course always be available...
Consulting a real estate agent certainly pays for itself. We work on the basis of "Non binding cooperation", so only if your house is sold you pay our brokerage fee.
